Death Of Daisies

umm yea so thought it was time to update the journal... this is just a random little poem i wrote...

Daisies are peering up at the sky
waiting for sunshine
and clouds that don't cry

Waiting for some light
to dry out the rain
waiting for the child
who makes a daisy chain

The daisy thats squished and squashed and beaten
lies limp, bereft, alone and and defeaten

With but one petal left
and no chance to grow
we'll never see beauty
death of daisies all we know
